Sweating: the secret to a long life?

Working up a sweat might be the secret to longevity, according to studies. But we’re not just talking about working up a sweat from physical activity, we also mean sweating by itself. Frequent saunas or lots of hot yoga classes may help you live longer. A 20-year study of 2,300 Finnish men in their 50s has shown that the more sauna baths they had, the less likely they were to suffer from heart attacks, strokes, various heart-related conditions and other nasties.
