Summer smoothie special: slimming smoothie

Get your veggie fix with this creamy smoothie, providing a boost of iron, potassium and waist-whittling fibre to quell hunger and beat fatigue. Perfect for breakfast, dinner or any time in between.

  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ small cucumber, chopped
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower florets or frozen cauliflower rice

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
