Summer smoothie special: hydrating tropical smoothie

Quench your thirst with this zesty concoction filled with hydrating fruit, vegetables and coconut water. Perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.

  • ½ cup pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 1 passionfruit
  • ½ cup coconut water, chilled
  • 3 large mint leaves
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup ice

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
