- ½ cup pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 cup watermelon, cut into chunks
- 1 passionfruit
- ½ cup coconut water, chilled
- 3 large mint leaves
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 small Lebanese cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup ice
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
