Skin Anti-Aging Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut water or filtered water
  • 1 cup fresh kale
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cup mango, frozen
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/4 lime zest

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth then serve.
