Raspberry Cheesecake Fingers
- 8 Savoiardi sponge fingers
- ½ cup extra-light spreadable cream cheese
- 125g raspberries
- 5g dark chocolate (90% cocoa)
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
Place the sponge fingers on a serving plate, flat-side up. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the sponge fingers. Top with the raspberries, then finely grate the chocolate over the top. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
