Easy entertaining: raspberry cheesecake fingers

Nobody wants to be stuck in the kitchen all day instead of at the party. These recipes are designed to pre-make, then share — buffet style.

Raspberry Cheesecake Fingers

Serves 4

  • 8 Savoiardi sponge fingers
  • ½ cup extra-light spreadable cream cheese
  • 125g raspberries
  • 5g dark chocolate (90% cocoa)
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup


Place the sponge fingers on a serving plate, flat-side up. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the sponge fingers. Top with the raspberries, then finely grate the chocolate over the top. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
