Drink don’t sip!

It seems that sipping acidic drinks like lemon tea, lemon water, soda and some fruit juices is one of the worst things you can do for your teeth. The acid eats into tooth enamel and can dramatically accelerate tooth erosion. Lemon drinks tend to be sipped, exposing your teeth to the acids far longer than if you drank them quickly. So next time you’re thinking of a refreshing lemon water, don’t sip on it, and ideally rinse your mouth out afterwards.
